Meet the Personal Trainers

The VI Family Sports & Fitness Center employs Certified Athletic Trainers to help you implement your exercise program. We do not employ personal trainers but if you would like one-on-one personal training on a regular basis we have several certified personal trainers listed at our front desk with pictures and bios to choose from.

Kendall Holmes
He believes that training is not only about how you look, it is about how you feel. He specializes in cross-training and also has a specific training program for women which teaches them how to utilize their own body weight while focusing on trouble areas (abdomen, glutes, hips). He makes a point of attending seminars and trade shows every 2-3 months to stay on top of the latest exercise trends. Kendall also utilizes weight training, cardio and flexibility exercises in his 45 minute sessions both inside and outside the club.



Barbara Robbins

She is a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor. She specializes in free weights and resistance training. Barbara provides one-on-one hourly sessions and offers group sessions as well. Her focus is on balance using a variety of different methods to help make her clients functionally fit.





Debbie Schreiber

Her philosophy is that through training, you can make a lifestyle change in order to improve your overall fitness and mental outlook. Her sessions are client appropriate and include resistance training, cardio, flexibility, reflex ball and resistance bands. Debbie provides half hour and one hour sessions or with a group of two.



Albion Thomas

He has coined himself as the body sculptor and seeks to do so for each client. His three month program is result-based on nutrition, flexibility and resistance training. Albion feels it is important to stay positive and focused throughout the course of working out. He also provides training outside of the gym. He stays on top of his training through monthly publications and annual conventions.


Dave Wentz
He offers personal training for individuals who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Dave specializes in a variety of individually tailored training modalities including: sport-specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting and body building techniques as well as cardiovascular conditioning programs.
